USA Cycling MTB National Championships at Mount Snow
The Conditions were Muddy up till Saturday with Rain and Thunderstorms Occuring Tuesday thru Friday Each day the conditions getting worse with the Semi-pro and Sport classes have a lap removed in order to keep the race within its time schedule the climbs were slick with one section not being ridable (at least not for the sport group that I raced with) Most of it was rideable on Wednesday but as conditions worsened traction was non-existint. The Downhill Sections were slick and touching your brakes was not a good idea spectators were treated to Kamakazie decents or spectactular crashes.
