Panther/Mountain Lion Update for Bergen County

There have been no additional sightings of the panther/mountain lion—however, the state DEP is taking the matter more seriously. They have closed the Boy Scout Camp to all traffic for now. I got a call from the Ranger giving me a ‘heads up’ that if anyone is caught in the camp (for now) they will be arrested for trespassing. They are trying a variety of methods to eradicate the problem. Stay tuned..
